Logistics Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Providing customer support via email and phone
• Coordination and monitoring of customer orders in day-to-day operations
• Close coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Resolving inquiries, issues, and discrepancies in the fulfillment process
• Maintenance and management of order data in the system (ERP/WMS)
• Support for internal processes and interfaces (e.g., logistics, sales)
• General organizational tasks in day-to-day operations

What you bring to the table

• Business training or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus
• A structured and independent approach to work
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with customers
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/WMS systems is a plus
• Excellent German language skills; English language skills are a plus
